From your camera roll to a portrait you love
Four steps stand between telling us about them and the parcel that arrives. Here is exactly what happens at each one, and why nothing is printed until you say yes.
Tell us who they are
Their name, their breed, the three words that describe them, the year they arrived. Their piece builds itself on the garment as you answer, so you know what you are buying before you buy it. Then share the photo we will draw them from.

You order, and we draw them
We draw nothing on spec, which is why we can spend real time on yours. Once your order is in, your photo becomes a hand-finished portrait, so it looks like them and not like a filter.

You say yes, or you say not quite
The portrait comes to you before anything is printed. If the first one is not quite them, we rework it until it is. Nothing reaches the press without your word.

We make it, and send it home
Your piece is made to order in Jeffreys Bay, finished and checked over by hand, then packed to travel. Most orders reach their door within about five working days, tracked the whole way.

Made carefully, and only once you say so
We hold no stock and print nothing on spec. Your piece is made to order, the moment you approve the portrait.
Approval before print
Nothing goes to the press until you have seen the portrait and said yes. If it is not quite them, we rework it first.
Printed in South Africa
Every piece is printed in Jeffreys Bay on premium blanks, checked over by hand, and packed to travel.
Delivered in about five working days
Couriered to your door from the day you approve your portrait, tracked the whole way so you always know where it is.

The questions people ask first
How good does my photo need to be?
- A clear, well-lit photo of your pet's face is plenty, no studio shoot required. We will ask you for another one if the shot you send will not print well.
What if I do not like the artwork?
- You approve the portrait before anything is printed, and we will rework it until you are happy.
How long until it arrives?
- Most orders reach you within 7 to 10 working days from the moment you approve the portrait. Everything is printed in Jeffreys Bay and couriered to your door, tracked the whole way.
